Cultivating learning that lasts a lifetime

We believe learning happens at any age and between people from all walks of life and experience. By funding classes that nurture the early love of reading within our youngest ones, that foster confidence, creativity and leadership for youth and teens, and that expand connection and personal development for adults, we support never-ending learning across our community.

Literacy & Lifelong Learning

Authors in the Classroom

This program brings nationally recognized authors into local classrooms, giving students the chance to meet real writers and hear firsthand how stories are created. These personal encounters spark a love of reading and writing while showing young people the power of imagination. Your gift ensures the library can continue to open doors to learning and creativity for students of all ages.

Born to Read

Born to Read places the gift of books into the hands of every new baby and family in our community. By encouraging parents to read aloud from the very beginning, this program fosters brain development, strengthens family bonds, and lays the foundation for lifelong literacy. Thanks to our donors, the library can nurture the youngest learners from day one.
